Coordinator of Youth Ministry for the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Missouri - Full Time
The Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis is in search of a full-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry to work with and support parishes and youth ministers through consultation and on-site assistance. This person will also plan and execute various programs, conferences and events related to youth ministry and empower youth to foster a deeper understanding and participation in the Catholic faith community. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry will also be responsible for developing, accumulating, and distributing resources that assist parishes in building up youth ministry programs. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry will assist the Director of Youth Ministry in all activities of the Office of Youth Ministry.
Bachelor degree is required; preferably in theology, religious education, youth ministry or a related field. Three years of parish youth ministry experience is required. Master degree in theology or a related field is preferred. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church with knowledge of and commitment to Catholic moral teachings and beliefs of the Catholic Church.

Director of Music for the Youth and Family Mass

Good Shepherd Parish in Hillsboro, MO, is seeking a Music Director for its 12:15 pm Youth and Family Mass on Sundays. This person will develop, coordinate, and lead members of the parish to form a music ensemble for the 12:15 Sunday Mass. Qualifications: Must be an excellent vocalist and musician (guitarist or keyboardist), good communications skills, able to evaluate, develop, encourage and coordinate members within the parish community to participate. Must have a knowledge and love of current contemporary liturgical music that is consistent with Church tradition. Must be able to work collaboratively with the liturgical leaders of the parish.
