Tsunami Relief Benefit Concert

As you know, the disaster caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Asia and east Africa has called for a great relief effort from those of us who can help. A [recent article in the St. Louis Review](http://www.stlouisreview.com/article.php?id=7754) outlines the generous response of area Catholics to this invitation. However, the damage is monumental, and the need is still great.

Realizing this, three St. Louis area Catholic bands have coordinated with the Office of Youth Ministry, the Office of Stewardship and Development, and CBC High School to host a very special evening of music in an effort to raise money and help our brothers and sisters on the other side of the world.

The event is called "More Than A Prayer: A Tsunami Relief Benefit Concert". It will be held at CBC High School in St. Louis, MO this Saturday, February 19, 2005 from 7-10 pm. The bands featured are Adam Bitter & Friends, Karl Zimmerman & the Big House Band, and Dayspring. Tickets will be $10 in advance or $12 at the door.

Learn more and help promote this effort by [downloading the flyer](http://www.stlyouth.org/sites/stlyouth.org/files/eman/27-tsunami.pdf). We are convinced that we will raise exactly the amount of money the Lord is asking if we simply respond to His invitation with generous hearts.
