Dear Catholic Community of the Archdiocese of St. Louis,

As the Office of Youth Ministry (OYM) concludes our summer of youth retreat camps and conferences, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some recent changes to our office that we believe will strengthen the understanding of youth ministry and offer new avenues for youth to encounter Christ’s love and truth.

On March 13, 2015, Archbishop Robert Carlson announced some changes to the Catholic Youth Apostolate (CYA). The first of those changes was that Fr. Less Nones

Tony Phillips's picture

We’ve all heard the research about the “nones.” More people in the US than ever identify themselves with no religion whatsoever. There’s no doubt many of them are coming from the Catholic Church. Pray for Holy Vocations

Event or Page Image
May is always a busy month of transition with much to celebrate! Throughout this month you will see kids starting summer, Graduations, Parties, Ordinations and even some Weddings.  In this time of new beginnings it is always important that we take time to pray for each other and especially for the vocation that God has placed in each of us and the community of the Body of Christ.

What our world needs more than anything is to know and experience the Love of Jesus Christ.  In striving for holiness and seeking God’s Will for our lives we not only find true Joy, but we bring it to others as well!
