Unit Awards Training provides information, helpful tips, and examples for scout leaders to infuse faith more fully into their troops. Each year troops, packs, and crews are able to qualify for the Pope Paul VI Award as well as be eligible to receive the Archbishop’s and Chaplain’s Award. Qualifications include community service, prayer, vocational discernment, leader training, youth emblems, and more.
- When: Training is held at Encounter Weekend. Awards given annually at Religious Awards Sunday.
- Who Can Attend: Troop leadership, parents, other scout leaders.
- Cost: Free
