What We Believe

Every Parish Is Unique. Therefore, Every Ministry Is Too.

No two ministries are alike. This is why we believe in providing specialized, one-on-one support for people who influence the lives of young people.

We serve parents, priests, and leaders of church-based youth programs in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. We do this by providing essential tools, training, formation, and events that help these ministers connect with young people in a ministry setting. We build strong relationships with them so that they can build stronger relationships with the young people entrusted to their care.

We have spoken with many ministers. We know their environments are unpredictable, always changing, and constantly providing unique challenges. That is why we meet them where they are, walk with them through the noise, and help them find the best ways to reach their young audiences.

As an agency of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, we want to see the Church have an impact on the lives of young people. Nobody knows the spiritual needs of the youth like these parents, youth leaders, and pastors. This is why our greatest impact comes from supporting them, because they’re the ones bringing young people to Jesus in a transformative way on a daily basis.

Our Mission:

We strengthen youth ministry by equipping parish leaders with essential tools, training, formation, and events in order that all young people hear the Gospel message and be empowered to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our parishes and in our world.

Our Values:

Prayer

“Prayer is a surge of the heart; it is a simple look towards heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy.”

St. Therese of Lisieux

Community

“They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers.”

Acts 2:42

Formation

“Formation must often concern itself not only with nourishing and teaching the faith, but also (…) with preparing total adherence to Jesus Christ on the part of those who are still on the threshold of faith.”

Catechesi Tradendae, St. John Paull II
