The Day of Recollection is open to all scouts and venturers who would like to explore their faith through the discovery of Mass, the Catholic faith, games, and more. This day fulfills the retreat requirement for those scouts working towards receiving the Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII Religious Emblems.
Youth get the opportunity to see the grounds, meet and pray with seminarians, visit Archives, and complete emblem requirements. Daily Mass will also be celebrated.
Note: The Board of Review for those applying to receive Ad Altare Dei or Pope Pius XII religious awards will take place on Sunday, January 10, 2027 from 1:00-3:00pm at the Cardinal Rigali Center. Please email jaclynlaffleur@archstl.org if you plan to attend or if you have scouts unable to attend and need to make alternative arrangements.
