Raising children comes with its challenges

I've seen firsthand the importance and value of Catholic scouting on the development of our young people.

We attend the scouting programs every year. The retreats offered are a unique opportunity for our scouts.

Attending Encounter Weekend allowed me to meet other leaders and see our scouts faith reinforced.

Catholic scouting meets the needs of youth asking questions about their faith so it takes root in their life.

The interactions between the kids and Totus Tuus team is wonderful. I love seeing the relationships they form.

My youth ministers helped me to see and know faithful Catholic young adults. They didn’t pressure me to love and serve Jesus: they modeled it for me outside of a classroom setting.

I have been to numerous OYM events over the years. Our Archdiocese is blessed to have such a beautiful ministry.

The Office of Youth Ministry events were some of the highlights of our children's teen years and helped form them into adults who are deeply rooted in their faith with a passion to love and serve God and others.
