The Youth Minister Onboarding service provides a firm foundation for those who are starting in a youth minister role in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Members of the OYM staff look forward to providing an in person meeting and video content to cover healthy youth ministry, policies and procedures to be aware of, and overall best practices.
- Step 1: Priest and parish leaders, we need your help! While we try to keep up with each parish in the Archdiocese, please let us know if you have a new youth minister starting in your parish community so we can reach out to them.
- Step 2: A member of the OYM will reach out via phone to meet the new youth minister and walk them through setting up an account with the Ministry Toolbox.
- Step 3: We invite the new youth minister to view all of the Onboarding video content and read over the resources provided.
- Step 4: The new youth minister will have an in person meeting with members of the OYM staff to go over all of the content, answer questions, get to know one another and receive a hard copy of all policies and procedures.
