Religious Emblems Training is provided to leaders wishing to help facilitate the Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII programs. These award programs invite scouts to deepen their faith and make active choices in pursuing their vocation. Any leader or parent is able to facilitate the program, and it is encouraged that every troop have a trained counselor. Emblems Counselors are essential to increase youth participating in faith formation programs.
- When: Year-round and group training at Encounter Weekend
- Who: Any scout leader, especially troop religious emblems counselor
- Cost: No cost for training, only fees are for counselor books and youth books.
